A Contract between the customer and Rousifurs.com Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be dispatched). Shipping

We provide worldwide free shipping to our customers, at any purchase of Rousifurs.com online shop. Shipping contains a careful package pack that protect furs from scratches and water. By receiving and accepting the package you also accept and the shipping condition of the package.This is shipment guarantee issue and our company isn’t responsible for this. If you have this problem we will get back the cloth and we will find the solution. Otherwise, if you don’t check it and sent this back without a problem you will take the shipping cost from  refund.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us and delivery time) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Return

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, and with the original packaging. Returning shipping cost burden costumer and not our company, returning and resending .We will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges. There will be different browsers and screens so the color differ reasons doesn’t accept.

Our furs clothes are made from natural materials and maybe there are some conditions that prove this. Maybe there are differentiations from the leathers in colors or hairs and your browser color,so you accept this differ between the color.There is a color description for this reason .Buying a natural fur cloth you have know about it.

Shipping times maybe differ.With sending we will inform you for shipping numbers that follow your purchase until the receiving.You can watch the progress of your shipping at any time.
